Eric J. Pons is a commercial litigator who represents companies and financial institutions in complex business and cross-border disputes. He focuses on delivering practical, strategic solutions that protect clients from unnecessary litigation while ensuring their interests are aggressively represented in court.
Eric’s practice spans multiple industries, including real estate, entertainment, regulatory matters, and corporate disputes. He has played a leading role in securing multimillion-dollar recoveries through efficient motion practice, targeted discovery, and negotiated resolutions. Clients value his calm, reasoned approach in high-pressure situations and his ability to translate complex issues into actionable strategies.
Before joining Global Legal Law Firm, Eric practiced at a Florida-based commercial litigation firm, where he handled a wide range of business disputes, including contract breaches, securities litigation, and fraud.
Outside of his practice, Eric enjoys cigars, scuba diving, and spending time at the beach with his wife and their cat, Chancho.
