Jesus M. Caro
Associate Attorney
Litigation
Jesus M. Caro is a litigation attorney who represents clients in high-stakes business disputes in state and federal courts nationwide. His practice covers commercial and civil litigation, including partnership dissolutions, creditor disputes, breach of contract disputes, escrow and wire fraud, trademark claims, and misappropriation of assets. He approaches each matter with a client-centered philosophy, working to understand his clients’ goals and advocating zealously to achieve effective resolutions.
Early in his career, Jesus resolved matters for national insurers and litigated complex commercial cases due to his results-oriented approach. He has since managed disputes across multiple jurisdictions, obtaining dismissals, negotiating favorable outcomes, and briefing novel legal issues. His experience also includes drafting appellate briefs and handling pre-suit negotiations to resolve conflicts before litigation arises.
A Southern California native, Jesus relocated to Florida in 2016 and built a successful teaching career, leading his students to national acclaim and political advocacy, including the 2016 NSDA World Schools Debate Championship. He is fluent in Spanish, recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star (2024–2025), and enjoys discussing economics, playing golf, and coaching his daughter’s soccer team.
