Nathan Saunders is a seasoned business and litigation attorney with over a decade of experience representing clients in complex commercial matters. His practice spans a wide range of industries and legal issues, with a particular focus on competition-related claims, including non-compete enforcement and defense, trade secret misappropriation, trademark disputes, and false advertising litigation.

In addition to his courtroom experience, Nathan regularly provides strategic counsel to entrepreneurs, real estate investors, and growing companies on corporate structuring, contract negotiation, and risk management strategies. His background in property management provides him with firsthand insight into the operational and regulatory challenges his clients face—particularly in the real estate and service sectors—allowing him to deliver practical, business-minded legal solutions.

Nathan earned his J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law and a B.S. in Public Administration from Florida A&M University. He is admitted to practice in Florida and the District of Columbia, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida.

Originally from Detroit, Nathan is married with five children. In his free time, he enjoys unwinding with a good board game—especially when his kids are at the table competing alongside him.
