Team Member Spotlight

Jordan Michael Krassner is an experienced litigator who represents businesses and individuals in complex commercial disputes in both state and federal courts in Florida and New York. His litigation experience includes handling contract disputes, business torts, defamation, creditor’s rights, real estate litigation, and professional liability matters, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. His well-rounded practice also includes drafting and negotiating business contracts, residential and commercial leases, and real estate documents.

Jordan has significant experience in appellate advocacy, having drafted numerous briefs in Florida’s District Courts of Appeal, including petitions for writs of certiorari and other original proceedings. Prior to joining Global Legal Law Firm, Jordan served as a senior associate at a boutique litigation firm in Miami-Dade County, located just across the street from the historic Dade County Courthouse. There, he refined his skills with a focus on exceptional legal writing, legal research, and client advocacy. Jordan particularly enjoys the legal research aspect of practicing law and takes pride in finding answers to the most complex legal issues.

Jordan earned his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law, where he received CALI Book Awards in Agency and Constitutional Decision-Making and was active in the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. He graduated cum laude from Florida International University with a B.A. in Political Science and was a member of Phi Gamma Delta (FIJI), the music fraternity Phi Mu Alpha, and the pre-law fraternity Phi Alpha Delta.

In addition to his legal practice, Jordan is a passionate supporter of major New York and Miami sports teams and has a lifelong passion for music. He enjoys following sports, attending live events, and exploring the intersection between culture and the law. Jordan also enjoys spending quality time with his wife, whether at home or out and about in beautiful South Florida, who is an accomplished attorney in her own right.
