Melissa Downing-Alan is a solution-orientated and reliable Senior Paralegal with a comprehensive background in finance and bookkeeping.  Melissa held her Series 7 and Series 63 Securities licenses and worked in the financial industry for several years before transitioning to the legal field.  Her positive attitude as a team leader is infectious and she can work independently under minimum supervision while managing multiple priorities.  She enjoys legal research and is always up for a challenge.  Melissa is a wife and mother of two teenage sons.  She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, going to the beach, and working out.  She is also a passionate Vintage Barbie collector.
