Prior to joining Global Legal in 2024, Tren launched his legal career in 2007 in international business litigation and appellate practice amidst the global economic downturn, and overcame complex hurdles of acquiring U.S. jurisdiction over multinational foreign corporations. Subsequently, Tren assisted antitrust prosecutors in holding foreign companies responsible for price-fixing and anti-competitive schemes that deeply hurt American consumers. Always ready to face new and unique challenges, Tren has gained experience in a wide array of matters, including medical malpractice, wrongful termination, and biotech litigation. Tren is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. In his spare time, Tren works on new concepts in AI-driven sandbox story generation.
